Reminders: You will receive an email with your reservation confirmation. Check your spam if you do not see it right away.

We will send a reminder text the day before your reservation. 

If you did not specify an earlier drop off time we will drop off at the address provided at booking at 4pm on the day of your reservation. 

Please have someone present to direct and receive the sauna drop off. We have an info packet we will go over with you briefly at drop off.

We are happy to get the sauna fire going before we leave the drop off-site.
